My name’s Amber Forbes, and I’m a personal trainer and strength coach who helps people exercise without pain. During my first year in the fitness industry, I have helped busy individuals with hectic work schedules lose inches and gain energy by cleaning up their nutrition habits and incorporating strength training; I have helped clients with chronic pain conditions find programs that don’t hurt them and actually help their conditions; I have prepared individuals for 5k’s and triathlons and have overall helped people restore their confidence in themselves and in their abilities to be able to function in ways they’ve always wanted to but never could before realizing they needed help.
I also enjoy mixing things up by adding in some kickboxing with my clients’ routines.
Nutrition is also a major part of what I do: I teach my clients intuitive eating so that they do not have to count calories, macros, or in general obsess over food.
